[Cin] ffmpeg gl-transition

Thank you very much Ugin, these transitions are really good. Some are
simple and can even be done with the transitions that Cinelerra GG already
has, but others are very elaborate and great that have even reminded me of
presets from professional applications like After Effects.
In addition, I have observed that they allow the duration time to be
changed, and some when putting long times have a really beautiful effect.
It would really be great to be able to add these transitions in Cinelerra
GG with the sole option of changing their duration, as is now the fade
transition, which has no adjustments and only allows you to change its
duration.
It would be a good claim at for recommend Cinelerra GG to people who like
to make slideshows with their photos or play with very elegant and
well-crafted transitions.
