[Cin] ffmpeg gl-transition

Sorry, I must make a correction to my previous comment. Looking at the
transitions more closely I see that they do have options to change and they
are great because you can get very nice effects. So some of it would be
fine, in addition to being able to choose its duration, which could be
played with the parameters indicated in the code to modify the transition
in a personalized way. Adding this to Cinelerra GG would be time very well
spent on the app.
