[Cin] Batchrender update diff

This specific patch should fix non-GUI crash 
if you run cin like 'cin -r batch.xml'
AND silent xml file corruption if it was Project and not JobList

For more you can test 
fix_menuattachtransition_3.diff - should fix non-working 'Attach transition' dialog,
when it called from localized CinelerraGG.

title_untranslate_popup.diff - should fix Titler's  pop up menu in text area - 
where you can select some styles for titles (it works in English, but not in localized version) ....

I think this is all for now .....
(autobackup stuff  currently in 'big mess of unrelated changes in mwindow.C' state)
but attached anyway
