[Cin] export_edl patch

 Same errors with the new patch. Could it be that libraries or
programs for cmx3600 are missing in my system (arch linux)? I haven't
found any news about it.
In CinGG is reported correctly V or A, but the error remains. In the
edl made with the other NLE, even changing the incorrect A with V or
A/V the errors remain.
