[Cin] mpeg1 and mpeg2 in mov

while mov standart not allowed mpeg2 in mov, it also not disallowed it, and
apparently some Apple software used such combination... (may be because
writing full muxer/demuxer for mpeg was time consuming? speculation...)

I added those two as formats, but then not sure how many software will play
them (but we never know until we try!  Uplayer for Andoid eat them..)
