[Cin] Any opinion on changing default "Play every frame"?

I think you should take into account that some plugins cannot realistically 
be computed in real time at "legacy" hardware. Maybe warn if the frame rate 
cannot be met, similar to mplayer, with a direct reference to the 
configuration.
