[Cin] Autogen.sh update

[Andrew Randrianasulu]

For using autoupdate (both Andrea and I hit this err on newer autoconf)

Also attached my updated 'constify' patch for ffmpeg. C and fileffmpeg.C.
But not sure if I casted everything correctly...
