[Cin] export_edl patch

i mean can *any* NLE on your machine (including Resolve) produce usable
cmx3600 edl?
i compiled git opentimelineio with minor hack

i found some forum posts on kdenlive's support of opentimelineio (and thus
cmx3600) but in mid-2020 it was not really working flawless/out of the box.
now we have opentimelineio-0.13 (and i compiled 0.14-dev) so it may work
better?
can you double-check your kdenlive/otio install?

'extract reel names from edl comments' especially?
i think i can put them (reel names) from Cin side, but need some better
understanding how to convert filenames into simple, unique 8 char long
strings.... (sometimes 16 or 32 long reel names accepted)
