[Cin] Windows 11, Linux GUI programs, Cin-GG?

I read today that Windows 11 supports Linux programs with a GUI.

halfway down. Quote: <GUI Linux applications can be pinned to the
taskbar and launched as if they were native Windows applications.>

I strongly suspect you need to install a special Linux distro first,
but has anyone been able to try it with the AppImage of CinGG? I have
no Windows anywhere.
