[Cin] dynamic termux build (with ffmpeg 5)

Really like the names "megapatch" and "megapile".  I have downloaded it and
will look at parts to begin as time permits.
I got the following in, but don't send me the patch set with them gone or I
will just get confused:
    0053-0058, 0070-0071, and 50% of 0047
so instead of 71, down to only 62.5.
