[Cin] Ctrl+! shortcut for Timecode doesn't work

Yes, I can finally confirm.  A freelancer is looking for something to do,
so I will see if they can fix it but don't hold your breath.

Using MMB (Middle Mouse Button) on an edit, in theTimeline, a pop-up
> menu come out. The last option is "Timecode Ctrl+!".
> If I click on that option the timecode is set on the timebar of the

and use Ctrl+! shortcut
