[Cin] Ctrl+! shortcut for Timecode doesn't work

Thank you, Phyllis, for confirmation and testing on Ubuntu 16. I thought 
it depended by my operating system.
I think that that option is not frequently used but it very useful. So, 
eventually, we could only delete the shortcut.
