[Cin] Creating AppImage

Maybe https://github.com/kost/static-appimage/releases 
it worth a look, I came across it last year, but have
not use it (yet). The source is in the "go" language,
but I cannot make out how it compresses, it pulls in a lot of things.

But maybe it solves your problem, executables are downloadable too.
