[Cin] Video Transitions not locking into track?

I don't think it would solve any problem using a hint. I always open 5 
window to work in Cinelerra-GG: Resources, Viewer, Compositor, Program 
(Timeline) and the Overlay because I can enable and disable the 
checkboxes where I am working on to have a "clear" timeline.
