[Cin] Images sequence

"test%05d.dpx" is created by CinGG; then I pasted the links taken from
"toc%05d.txt".
The latter was created with imagelist.sh.
Out of curiosity I tried to change the first line of "toc%05s.txt"
from JPEGLIST to IMAGE2, but it still doesn't work. In short it only
serves as a source of links or for jpeg format only.
