[Cin] configure.ac update

The only difference I notice is libquicktime (which hasn't been
maintained in 10 years, though, and ffmpeg doesn't need it).
In Arch there is no libaom.so.2; only libaom.so.3 and others.
Should I do an "ln -s" from libaom.so.3 to libaom.so.0? I'm never sure
about these solutions and Arch advises against them; should I try?
