[Cin] Seconds to preroll render

That is quite a discovery.  Hopefully, I can find time today to test that
as I have a really slow laptop and a decent faster laptop.
Maybe that is what makes the difference.  OR it could just be 0.5 seconds
is leftover from the really old days.
