[Cin] Again on plugins in floating point (HDR)

well, strange. I only have Slackware 32bit build from Oct,1 and I can drag
plugins over exr file just fine .... But Slackware has new (gcc 11.2.0)
compiler.

On the other hand, it seems HistEq plugin does not work in rgba-float
giving all black image ....

More we test .... :) :( more bugs/strangeness surface!
