yes, but ffmpeg.C was added by Bill in 2015 without license header but with
commit message saying it was merge from CV ... and this file ultimately
tied to fileffmpeg.C .... may be (c) Bill 2015-2020 but with line saying
based on works of Monty and Paolo according to (links)?

Please note that the Cinelerra-CV modified programs never took the time to

oversight, I guess .... I was suggesting adding this line to startup
message and not to each file (tracking if there was mod by cv to specific
file indeed time-consuming)

startup message lives in cinelerra/versioninfo.h
