[Cin] add Frame on PiP on manual

I read txt on proxy files, but only 'error' I saw was missing space between
two words, may be due to tex -> txt conversion or my android viewer.

"Check thatFile Format is set to FFMPEG." between that and File. (may be
there was space as some special symbol?)
