[Cin] add Frame on PiP on manual

Oh, this was nearly manual in itself :) (I read tex version via mcview)

I just assume new sections wrap around older keyframe section?

nice to see those features (like shared plugin and nested clip/EDL ) put to
good use.

Also good reminder for me to try them one day ..
