[Cin] two more patches

[Andrew Randrianasulu]

One alter bsd.bld  for telling configure to use clang (on freebsd), so
build spew less warnings there.

Second patch raises libvpx limit for internal ffmpeg, so you can test it on
monster machine (do not forgot to alter vp9 profile a bit so it will try to
use more threads)
