We have Spam coming in to the forum in non-English languages almost daily
overnight.  The solution that has worked for me is:
1) logout
2) change the selected language on the top black colored line to "English"
(even if it already is)
3) login again

Good suggestion.  I have changed it so it will be in the next release.
