[Cin] Testing Appimage with OneVPL and QSV presets on legacy Intel hardware

Just an easy fix. I downloaded the latest appimage and will upload it to
the website tomorrow and put a note in News. I will do this when I power
up the desktop and check in Andrew's 5 patches.
