[Cin] vorbis encoding param fix ?

[Andrew Randrianasulu]

was about to suggest to try plain audio encoding via our own vorbis encoder
but recognized settings were not working.

Hopefully attached patch fixes audio-only ogg native encoding param dialog.

Can you try it out?
