[Cin] flac.webm profile does not work anymore?

Looking at Terje's problem with libvorbis audio I noticed flac.webm profile

The flac.webm profile was removed in GIT.
In addition, I removed previous out of date libraries to include:
  libvpx-1.13.0
  libwebp-1.1.0
  tiff 4.5.0
