[Cin] DAR, PAR and SAR, again

Excuse me if I come in this thread, and excuse me what I am to say for.
I haven't read ALL your replies about DAR, PAR, SAR. Too many for me,... 
sorry!
I can not understand this debate about DAR, PAR, SAR, probably because I 
didn't read everything on the Mailing Lists.

My feedback.
Some my videos are anamorphic format: MPEG-PS, MPEG-2 AC3, 720x576 
@25fps 16:9, PAL Interlaced TopFieldFirst.
When I use Cinelerra-GG I go to Settings-> Format... and my setup is W= 
720; H=576; Aspect_Ratio= 16:9 (Auto=unchecked).
So, in the Compositor the video is shown right.
For Rendering by Cinelerra-GG I can use ".mpeg", ".webm", ".mp4, 
""dv_pal.avi", ".dvd", "visually_lossless.m2ts" without any problems. 
The values about anamorphic format are saved correctly.

My Cinelerra-GG of reference are:
- cinelerra-5.1-ub16.04-20201031.x86_64-static
and
- cin-x86_64_older.AppImage 2024-01-16 by Phyllis, from testing folder
