[Cin] OT: video about old usb 1.1 capture device

Very entertaining, but I did not watch all 22+ minutes. It is amazing how
some of the 20+ year old software was really pretty good and still works
under the right circumstances.  I still use "xv" daily which was written in
the 1990's!
