[Cin] New dav1d is out - 0.5.1, claims even more speed on older processors

Whoa, that was fast.  They are making new 0.X releases only a few weeks
apart so we will hold off updating until 0.6 instead of the 0.5 point 1
release unless  a specific requirement arises.  Thanks for the notify,
