[Cin] Video for Youtube channel

I wanted to propose the raw version of an informational video for the
Youtube channel. I would like to receive criticism and suggestions.
E.g. is it better to have one long video or to divide it into several
parts? The intermediate parts where slow configurations or slow
passages are shown, is it better to cut or accelerate them?
Other ideas?
