[Cin] Question about proxies and wide gamut screen ICC profile

I think IgorBeg was using the following on his older computer (Charlie) and
this is what is suggested in the manual:
"A good choice for proxy settings with 1080p source video is:"
   Scale Factor: 1/4
   Use Scaler: unchecked
   File Format: FFMPEG -mpeg
   Video Preset:
   Compression: mpeg.mpeg
   Bitrate: 1800000
   Quality: -1
   Pixels: yuv420p

Is it still the same process?

I am not sure how to answer the above but the proxy code/methodology has
been in place since September 2017 with only fixes and minor adjustments
added.
