[Cin] Debate on batch render

RafaMar, the "warn if jobs/session mismatched" checkbox is not always 
turn on. Cinelerra-GG remember the status of that checkbox by your 
changes: so if you have checked it then it will be checked also for the 
next time. As this checkbox works is right.
