[Cin] libaom 3.1.1 patch for Ubuntu 16.04.7

Andrew, this would be great to have because when I create the
older.AppImage I have to remember to revert to libaom.3.0.0 and it is a
pain.   I will try to find time to test on ubuntu  16 tomorrow.  Thanks.
