[Cin] Build update

Checked into GIT as is -- works GREAT! and having this available for
aarch64 is added value.  So far I have only tested on x86_64.  I held
myself back from adding 1 more comment to bld_appimage.sh but I think it
needs to be added somewhere before the build of makeappimage.  A comment
that references the need to install boost-devel and patchelf would be
appreciated.

ContextHelp - CinelerraGG_Manual files - will have to be incorporated too.
