[Cin] blds/bld_prepare.sh update

I'll try to install an Arch Linux VM (had it before and it failed),
then I can test needed packages, and hopefully find out why you cannot
compile. It works here on Manjaro, have not tried Endeavour (but seem
to recall there was a problem there). Later this week.
