[Cin] Issues to prepare a test on UB 24.04

Ok, I upgraded using a live online upgrade patch. There were possibly a 
couple of package issues and inbeween upgrade to UB 22 during the upgrade.
Yet, isnt't it possible to first force install the Cingg deb package 
that overwrite the existing old Cingg?
