Updated website changed links in CinelerraGG_Manual.pdf

Git for "cin-manual-latex" has had 12 files updated for the corrected links that changed for the updated CinGG website. I also verified correctness of non-CinGG url links, corrected a couple of outdated ones, and deleted a YouTube one that used to demonstrate color banding ( https://youtu.be/KL8CIZej19o) - which came up with something totally different. It would be nice to find a good replacement though. Also updated CinelerraGG_Manual.pdf on the website but not the HTML pages yet.

Mirror list changed, because mirror.yandex.ru does not host old repos anymore for this OS distro at least. Weird "end of file" bug ?

I was playing with tvbars.ogg It goes from 2077 to 2099 But if you load it with Theora decoder there will be extra black frame near the end! i deleted it while locking audio. If you go with default ffmpeg decoder - last frame will be black! If i render corrected theora-decoded file as v410/s32 QT - I got weird diff between audio and video! If I disable write_tcmd in qt format (muxer) option A and V finally same length and video plays to 2099 framecount (on screen) But audio still few frames short! Anyone can replicate such strangeness?

Sparc32 "support"

Not really, but it compiled to completion, and shwed startup messages and died in GL library call (inside GL library, mesa) :) So, trying to rebuild on netBSD/sparc with opengl disabled Not even diffs, just bootstrap.c and Makefile from guicast folder. Need more ram on compile machine, 256 M too small with 32 Mb of swap for affine.c :)

I only tested that cinelerra-gg builds in dynamic configuration on aarch64/termux and starts normally there, displaying small ogg/theora file. For NetBSD there is script in blds that should build cingg if you manually install needed packages (see Linux build files for names of deps, or pkgsrc-wip/cingg-netbsd . Need to update it and in particular PLIST there for newer files added recently ...) ==== Need more ram on compile machine, 256 M too small with 32 Mb of swap for affine.c :)

I hope rebase did not mess them ... 0019 patch is from our failed libtheora 1.2.0 update, but may be if user now links to thirdparty theora set to 1.2.0 it will be needed anyway? Postprocessing takes some time but makes image less blocky, normally. There are other patches, like setting bitexact flag on swscale operations, but I am not sure how useful they are ....
