- The phantom keyframes fix for issue 44 was fixed. - A new drag icon that Sam designed which lets you see behind is used in all themes except Bright and Blue Dot which had white backgrounds and Neophyte which already had a see through white/yellow icon. - But most importantly the labels, autos, and keyframes will be copied/pasted and dragged along with the clips. This capability has been missing for quite some time. gg/phyllis

My messages in the forum are "awaiting moderation" any reason behind that?

Hi all, out of 5 messages sent 2 ended up being in "awaiting moderation", is it because of the content or??IP? I would imagine if the forum gets more users it will be a pain to review "suspicious" (mine weren't!) messages manually. Maybe an anti-bot/spam solution would be better? Also just in case someone was wondering, WPfilmmaker2 is me, apparently I had already registered in the forum (I don't remember at all! I always had issues signing-up) so I just made another account, so it is not someone tryng to impersonate me^^

It does not make sense that cin is using that much memory. "Cache" in Settings->Preferences, Performance tab is used to store images on the timeline. One 1080 frame uses about 10 MB. The default setting is 256 and this is enough for testing and running. However, why not use more memory if it is available. To experiment for testing a good number tuned to the way you use your computer, set the cache to 0, bring up cin5, load a typical media file, play it and run "top" on another terminal window to see how much memory is being used. In the "top" display, look at "free" memory. Whatever your computer is not using, is a good number to use for cache. If you start other programs, or change the design of the session so that it uses a lot of frame storage, you may need to re-experiment over time. Valgrind and Core Dump

With all the updates of recent times I wanted to try to use Valgrind. I got a crash with core dumps. I enclose it all in case it might be useful.
